Services and Equipment Questions

  • How cold are the ice baths, and how long should I stay in?

We have four separate cold plunge tubs to accommodate different comfort levels and experience. Temperatures range from 50–55°F, 45–50°F, 40–45°F, all the way down to 37–40°F. Whether you're new to cold exposure or a seasoned pro, there's a plunge that's right for you.

We recommend starting with 2–3 minutes and working up to 5–10 minutes, depending on your comfort and goals.

  • Can anyone use the hyperbaric chamber, or are there restrictions?

Most people can use it safely. If you have certain medical conditions, we recommend consulting your doctor first. A short orientation is provided before use.

  • What’s the difference between infrared and traditional sauna?

Traditional saunas heat the air, while infrared saunas heat your body directly. Both aid in detox, circulation, and relaxation—each with a unique feel.

  • Is red light therapy safe, and how does it work?

Yes, it’s safe and backed by research. Red light promotes cellular repair, reduces inflammation, and boosts skin and muscle recovery.

  • Do you provide showers, towels, or lockers?

Yes! We provide clean towels, spacious showers, and locker access to make your visit convenient and comfortable. If you plan to leave valuables, we recommend bringing your own lock. Our changing rooms are also equipped with hair and makeup prep areas for both men and women—perfect for freshening up before you head out.

  • Is KUUL co-ed? Are there private rooms available?

Yes, KUUL is a co-ed facility. Our traditional sauna is large and communal, comfortably fitting up to 20 people—great for a shared recovery experience. If you prefer privacy, our infrared saunas are smaller and designed for 1–2 people. We also have separate men's and women's changing rooms, each with private stalls for showering and changing.

  • How clean are the cold tubs?

Cleanliness is a top priority throughout the entire KUUL facility—from our saunas and lounges to the HBOT chamber and every tool in between. Our cold plunge tubs receive special attention, as we know they’re often top of mind for new members. Each tub is maintained using custom-built commercial chillers that combine advanced multi-stage filtration and ozone purification systems. This ensures crystal-clear, sanitized water—without the use of harsh chemicals—so you can focus on recovery with confidence.

  • How do memberships work—can I pause or cancel anytime?

Yes. Our memberships are flexible—you can pause or cancel anytime with no penalties. Manage everything online or with our team.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards and most digital payment methods. In-person payments can also be made at our front desk.

  • Can I share my pass?

Passes are non-transferable and intended for individual use. However, we do offer family plans for shared access, and buddy passes are always included—bring a first-time guest for free with every visit.

  • What happens if I don’t use all my sessions?

Unused sessions do not roll over, so we encourage you to make the most of your membership and build recovery into your routine. Regular use leads to better results—and we’re here to help you stay consistent and feeling your best.
